Mina Walking plot

Twelve-year-old Afghan Mina works as a street vendor to earn a living for herself, her heroin-addicted father and her senile grandfather. Since the Taliban was ousted, she can now theoretically go to school, but her father forbids it because she has to earn a living. She secretly follows the lessons at the local school, but can therefore not always keep an eye on her demented grandfather.
