Millers in Marriage plot
In order to fully focus on motherhood, Eve turned her back on rock life. Her drinking husband Scott is now focusing on his own music. Now that the children have left home, Eve wants to revive her musical career, helped by a reviewer. Her sister Maggie is getting frustrated with her husband Nick, who is an author like her, but has been struggling with writer's block for a long time. Then there is their brother Andy, who has started a romance with Renee, but whose ex Tina has walked back into his life after fifteen years.

A mediocre drama about the relationship problems of several middle-aged couples, seen mainly from the female perspective. Not a bad cast per se but the story is honestly not that interesting.

A mediocre film about two sisters and a brother in their fifties and their relationship problems. The individual scenes are all fine, but as a whole, it's a bit weak and lacks direction. The constant piano music also becomes a bit of a drag at some point. It does have a good cast, though, and it's entertaining enough thanks to the diverse characters, storylines, and brief flashbacks. Otherwise, this is a typical Edward Burns film, albeit a lesser one. Just shy of 3 stars.
