Mata Hari plot

Born Margaretha Geertruida Zelle on 14 August 1876, daughter of a hatter and cap maker in Leeuwarden, from 1905, after her first performance in the Museum Guimet in Paris, she became the most acclaimed nude dancer in Western Europe. Revealingly, the short, high-spirited, imaginative, but also sad and lonely life of a woman who was executed by a French firing squad in 1917 for alleged espionage activities for Germany is shown.
