Manos Sucias plot

With a submarine torpedo full of cocaine in tow, desperate fisherman Jacobo and wannabe rapper Delio set out for Panama in their rickety fishing boat. Jacobo is a seasoned drug smuggler, but Delio has no idea what awaits him. These include the Coast Guard, a handy thief and various paramilitary groups.
