Man from Tangier plot

Internationally wanted criminal Armstrong flees post-war Tangier with a batch of forged paintings. Voss, another internationally wanted criminal, sends the beautiful Michele after him. When Armstrong arrives in London, he accidentally changes his trench coat at the hairdresser's with that of film actor Chuck Collins. Using the business card in his wrong trench coat, Collins approaches Michele and makes an appointment with her. Voss' partner, the bandit Heinrich, thinks he is being cheated. Police Inspector Meredith launches an investigation after Armstrong is thrown from his hotel room window.
