Maman(s) plot

Eight-year-old Aïda lives in a flat in a suburb of Paris. The daily life of Aïda and the whole family is turned upside down when her father returns from Senegal, their country of origin. He's not coming back alone though; he brings with him the young Senegalese Rama, whom he introduces to the family as his second wife. Aïda is very sensitive to her mother's suffering and she decides to get rid of the new family member.
