Majki plot
In this triptych from Macedonia, fiction slowly turns into reality. Two nine-year-old girls report a pencil peddler to the police, even though they've never seen him. Three filmmakers meet the only inhabitants of an abandoned village, a brother and sister who have not spoken to each other for sixteen years. Elderly cleaners are found raped and strangled in a small town.
