Macondo plot
In Macondo, a suburb of Vienna where 3,000 immigrants are temporarily housed pending the outcome of their asylum applications, 11-year-old Ramasan, a Chechen boy who fled the war horrors of his native country with his mother and sisters, lives. The arrival of Isa, a man who claims to have known his father well, presents the traumatized Ramasan with a dilemma: can he trust this stranger?
