Love Letters plot
The captain is stationed in Italy and writes love letters to a stranger, for an army comrade, who is going to marry her. Not long after the marriage, the soldier whose wife actually loved the words of another dies.

Beautiful love drama in which a woman has lost her memory and identity after a traumatic experience.
Cotten and Jones have a nice chemist and their love story seems authentic, but will the truth about her past drive a wedge in their love, that's Allen's big fear.
