Rose is a virgin in her twenties who has a rare condition that requires her to kill every time she is sexually aroused. She tries to hide the dead bodies, and learn more about her condition herself. That ensures that she remains alone with the love for her knives. She takes a job as a hit man and stays single until she meets another woman named Sam, who has the same condition and has answers to her question. But will love last and what secrets will be revealed?
