"Meet JANET CHAPMAN...America's New Baby Heart Throb in a Grand Story of Laughs and Thrills"
The crook Nelson Morgan and his buddy Tod Harrington like to bet on horse racing. They meet by chance the six-year-old orphaned girl Janet Smith, who has run away from an institution. Janet soon thinks Nelson is her father. The superstitious Nelson then comes back to believe that Janet brings luck to gambling.
