Lien de Parenté plot

Victor Blaise, an old eccentric farmer of 72 years, lives alone. His life will suddenly be turned upside down, the day he receives a telegram from London. In it it is explained to him that his son has a child by a Jamaican and the young half-breed has had problems with the London justice. The boy is now entrusted to him. Although they are opposites, a friendship is gradually growing between them.
