Les Régates de San Francisco plot

In a small harbor on the Mediterranean Sea, two families live side by side, aboard yacht clubs installed on a pontoon. Lidia's father Luigi is a big lanky who easily breaks into anger and chases rats. The girl Lidia is fifteen years old and has only eyes for beautiful boys and love. She is seduced by Eneo, a handsome young man who works in the harbor. He becomes her lover and gives her money. But Lidia's coquetry is a great asset and many others look to her.
