Leave of Absence plot

"The woman he loves has 3 months to live... Till death us do part..."

When happily married architect Sam Mercer is on a construction project with the dynamic Nell, he falls hopelessly in love with her. However, Nell is seriously ill and has only a few months to live. Sam decides to play open cards with his wife and makes her an almost impossible proposal: he wants to spend the last few months with his mistress and return to his wife after her death.
