La Voz de los Silenciados plot

Olga is a deaf Hispanic teenage girl who ends up in New York under the false pretense of going to a "Christian sign language school." Once she gets there, however, she is brutally enslaved by a criminal gang. Olga is forced to beg along the highway, but with courage, cunning and humor she tries to cope with her misery.
