La Storia Spezzata plot

Child psychologist Chiara and her husband Marco, owner of a successful advertising agency, are overjoyed. Finally, the long-wanted child has announced itself. But then disaster strikes: Chiara has a miscarriage. The young woman falls into a deep depression, starts drinking and loses her job. Marco slowly turns his back on her and begins an affair with his assistant Margherita.
