La Peccatrice plot

The story is set in 1950 in Sicily, where the owner of a sulfur factory treats his employees like slaves. He even goes so far as to instruct his confidant to eliminate a worker who had an affair with his beautiful wife. When he thinks he has everything his heart desires, he comes into conflict with his son. He is in love with a woman who cannot get his approval.
