La Nourrice plot

At the end of the 19th century, Madeleine (Quinton) leaves her farm and the man she was forced to marry, to seek work and her old flame Mathieu (Elkaim) in Paris. She finds work as a nurse, but she has to give up her child. She must focus entirely on her employer's child. Mathieu meets them in secret.
