La Morsure des Dieux plot

Sébastien, a great lover of his region in the Basque Country, has to take care of the family farm alone, while the worries increase. Among other things, he struggles with debts that he cannot pay off and declining production. He fights and finds his way, which is transformed spiritually when he comes into contact with his new neighbor Juliette. She is as Catholic as he is Gentile. But their love is called into question when Sébastien, trapped by his difficulties, is about to lose everything.
