Pierre Bernier, a painter becomes famous after he painted the portrait of his sweetheart Loulou. He has called the painting "The Naked Woman". He later abandons the girl and starts a relationship with a rich lady from the higher circles. Loulou is very unhappy and wants to commit suicide.
