La Duchesse de Varsovie plot

Valentin is a young painter who lives in the imaginary world of his paintings. When he finds his grandmother Nina, a Polish-Jewish emigrant with whom he has a strong bond, he tells her about his lack of inspiration and his loneliness. During the few days they spend together in Paris, Valentin expresses his desire to know more about the past that Nina has always hidden.
