La Donna del Giorno plot
A fashion model with film ambitions pretends to have been assaulted as a publicity stunt. The police put the case aside, after which the wife of one of the suspected workers herself investigates in order to prove her husband's innocence. Although the screen test she desired becomes a fact, the heroine gets more and more into trouble with her story and she becomes the victim of a blackmail affair.
