La Chair et le Diable plot

A farmer, Mathias Valdès, is the undisputed master of his domain and the boss of his wife. He hires the servant Giuseppe. However, this turns out to be a great womanizer, who falls in love with his wife. Mylène Valdès resists his advances, but Mathias still thinks she is cheating on him. Things are getting hugely out of hand.
