L'Enfant Noir plot
Baba is a boy who grew up in Kouroussa, a quiet village in Guinea. His father, the handy engineer, his mother the gentle, sweet Kouda, his gang of friends: that's what makes his life. But one day a young man has to become a man and that means breaking away from his familiar and warm environment; his father wants him to continue his studies and sends him to a school in the capital. Baba travels to his uncle Moussa in Conakry and is confronted with a modern but also violent world.
