L'Adolescente plot

The summer of 1939. Marie, aged 13, goes with her parents to her grandmother who lives in a small town near Avignon. There are already rumors of an imminent war, but in the countryside it is still idyllic. Marie's parents are like lovebirds and make love all the time. Surrounded by sexual openness, Marie sees herself as a young woman and falls in love with Alexandere, the young Jewish doctor of the village. Then Father is summoned to help with the harvest and Marie sees her mother and Alexandere disappear into the woods...
