Kono Hiroi Sora no Dokoka Ni plot
The Morita family runs a liquor store in Ginza. The eldest son Ryoichi is newly married to the country girl Hiroko. The household also consists of Ryoichi's stepmother Shige, his unmarried sister Yasuko and his younger brother Noboru in college. They're doing reasonably well, but Shige and Yasuko don't like Ryoichi's choice for Hiroko, despite her frantic efforts to fit in with the family.
