Koi ni Itaru Yamai plot

Schoolgirl Tsubara is strangely obsessed with her quirky biology teacher Madoka. While the rest of the class plays on their instructor's lack of authority by shouting and inattention, she hangs on his every word and fills her notebook with sketches and observations, registering his idiosyncrasies and peculiarities. One day she finally decides to take her chance and she pounces on Madoka in his office, resulting in the two inexplicably exchanging their "sexual organs." They go to the countryside to hide.
