Kirin no Tsubasa: Gekijoban Shinzanmono plot
In Nihombashi in Tokyo, the corpse of a man is found under a statue of a giraffe with wings. A suspect named Yashima is involved in a car accident and loses consciousness. Yashima's lover comes over from Fukushima and tells the police that Yashima is absolutely not a criminal. Detective Kyoichiro Kaga investigates the case and discovers a connection between the victim and Yashima. A hidden aspect of the victim is revealed that even his children didn't know about.
