Kinpatsu no Sougen plot

Ayumu Nippori is an 80-year-old man who has barely left home for 60 years due to heart problems. One day he wakes up under the impression that he is 20 and youthful again. He falls in love with his new nurse, 18-year-old Narisa Kodai. Eventually she begins to admire the old man and a special bond develops between the two.
