Kidnapped in a Small Town plot

Sarah is traveling by car with her daughter, named Ruby. Ruby is going to a new school and Sarah wants to drop her off there. However, in a deserted area, the car suddenly breaks down. A passer-by, a woman named Allie, offers the two help. Sarah hesitates at first, but lets Ruby ride with Allie while she waits for a tow truck. Later, Sarah arrives at the highway restaurant where she was supposed to meet Ruby and Allie. However, there is no sign of Ruby and Allie denies that she ever met mother and daughter.
