Kaze no Uta o Kike plot
The I-narrator - boku - is a college student in his twenties who returns to Kobe for his summer vacation and meets old acquaintances there: his old friend nicknamed "Rat", the bartender Jay, and mysterious twins. The film presents these encounters as a collage, mixed with memories and dreams.
