Karrabing! Low Tide Turning plot

A group of Indigenous Australians who were driven from their homeland now live in cramped conditions in a tiny flat on the outskirts of a northern Australian town. One morning a social worker shows up at their door and tells them in no uncertain terms to leave if their sister, the head of the family, doesn't show up at the local government office before the end of the week. She has to answer for complaints from neighbours. But where is their sister? She disappeared...
