Karol's Message plot

Tomas is bullied by a bunch of fellow students and he can't seem to get rid of them. His anger and impotence over the loss of his father and brother are added to this and he vents this in creating masterful, but disturbing animations. His concerned grandfather takes him to his cabin in the mountains for the weekend. Away from the distraction of the city, he listens to the story of Karol Vojtila and how he rose up against the communist regime and draws strength from this.
