"Her Love Made It So...There Was No Such Thing As A Bad Boy"
Katherine Chandler lives in an apartment building bought by the local university to serve as a boys' dormitory. She refuses to leave, certain that her son, who was a wild boy and disappeared after being expelled from school 20 years ago, will return one day. The college lets her stay as an unofficial dormitory mom to the students, who treat her like their own grandmother. She becomes convinced that one of the students, Johnny, is her grandson, as he bears the same name as her prodigal son.
