Johnny Tiger plot
"You can't cage a cat like Johnny Tiger."
George Dean (Robert Taylor) and his three children are forced to move after he is offered a job at the Seminole Indian Reservation. He is overwhelmed by the poverty of the Native American tribe and their ability to live in contemporary culture without giving up their history. Sam is the tribal elder and despises George and all other white people. He wants his grandson Johnny to renounce all things white and assume leadership of the tribe. Johnny and Barbara, George's daughter, fall in love against the will of both George and the tribal elder, while George falls for the charms of the beautiful doctor Leslie Frost.
