Inheritance plot

Mara returns to her childhood home in Belize to celebrate her father's 70th birthday, taking her beloved Aaron in tow. She hopes to reconnect with her estranged father and brother. When she arrives there, she learns that her father has just died. The horrified Mara decides not to break the news to her brother Ben. Ben is not served by this and the tension between him, his sister and Aaron is running high. When a drunken Mara reveals secrets about their father, relationships within the family are forever changed.
