Il Miracolo plot

Tonio, a 12-year-old boy, is hit by a car one day. Before he gets knocked out, he sees something that will change his life. When he wakes up from a coma in the hospital, he occasionally comes into contact with an old man who is dying. His electrocardiogram shows a flat line, but when Tonio goes to the man and touches him, his heart suddenly beats normal again.
