Il Cielo Non Cade Mai plot

Nicola is a young man who goes to fashion academy and gets a lot of help from a model named Camille, with whom he starts a relationship. By chance he meets Francesca and he wants to leave Camille because of her. Then he is injured in a car accident, caused by him. Feeling guilty, he marries Camille, goes with her to Paris and achieves success in the fashion world. In the meantime, it turns out that Francesca is pregnant.
