Hot Car Girl plot
"She's Hell-on-Wheels... fired up for any thrill !"
Instead of working normally, Duke and Freddy earn a living by stealing and trading car accessories. Duke's friend Peggy tries to talk him into getting out of crime, but Duke doesn't like it. When they race with a girl riding next to them, an accident ensues that kills a police officer.
