Hoshizuna no Shima no Chiisana Tenshi: Mermaid's Smile plot

The beautiful Japanese island of Taketomi had a bad time due to the economic crisis. Because there were almost no tourists anymore, there is now a shortage of doctors. The ten older residents on the island reminisce while the younger residents think about how to attract more tourists. One morning, the brothers Koichi and Shunichi are looking for nice places to promote when they suddenly find a young woman on the beach who has passed out. She eventually takes a job at the inn of the brothers' parents and when it turns out that she has a talent for healing people, the smiles on the faces of the residents slowly return.
