"It could happen anywhere!"
Blake Washburn accuses businessman MacFarland of hindering his re-election. He starts working at his uncle's newspaper and devotes himself completely to the injustice of 'big business'. The newspaper is also the employer of Miss Martin (Marilyn Monroe). When Blake's sister goes missing, help comes from an unexpected source.
