Andrea Bruckheim's marriage is not so good and when her favorite horse also falls dead, her life collapses and she can no longer work. To keep the riding school going, her husband Thomas hires his childhood friend Hans Duwe as a new horse trainer. She soon turns out to be very impressed by him and not just by his coaching abilities. Hans Duwe, in turn, is madly in love with Andrea Bruckheim...
