"Okinawa will never forget the sky that day"

An American helicopter crashes and explodes in a classroom at the University of Okinawa. This incident makes Ryota Yamashiro think back to another incident fifty years ago, when he was at Miyamori Elementary School with his friends Shigeru, Yutaka and Hiroko Miyagi. An American jet fighter crashed there with all the consequences that entailed. With his grandson Ryuichi, Ryota decides to take action to close the American bases on Okinawa.
