Highway Heartbreaker plot

With his charms and beautiful promises about safe and profitable investments, Mickey (John Schneider) especially knows how to get women to advance him large sums of money. If his promises turn out to be false, he's already gone with the northern sun. His victims Alex (Heather Locklear) and Annie (Tracy Nelson) discover they've been scammed and decide to try and bring Mickey to justice. This is in stark contrast to the handicapped Catherine (Linda Gray), who naively decides to marry the slippery Mickey.
