Het Land der Blinden plot

After being evicted from his home, a young man moves in with his girlfriend and her dog. While she is at work, he makes half-hearted job applications, walks past the apartment with the dog and smokes on the balcony, lost in thought. There he becomes intrigued by the hypnotic, tattooed eye on the bald back of the head of his downstairs neighbor. While the real world interests him less and less, the boy loses himself in the search for meaning.
