Hazel Kirke plot

When Dunstan Kirke is about to lose his mill, squire Squire Rodney rescues him. His only condition is that he may marry his daughter Hazel Kirke. But while Hazel is at school, she meets Arthur Carringford, the son of a wealthy family. When they fall in love, Dunstan thinks Hazel has betrayed his trust and throws her out of the house. She then has to choose between marrying Arthur or for her family and Squire, whose marriage proposal still stands.
