Harrison Montgomery plot

In a dilapidated apartment complex in a poor San Francisco neighborhood, aging Harrison Montgomery (Martin Landau) waits for a last-minute message. For a long time, the eccentric hermit has collected and deciphered the texts of the Wheel of Fortune in search of hidden messages in a mission to save his neighbors; Ricardo Papa (Octavio Gomez), a small drug dealer with artistic aspirations, and Margo, a single mother in an abusive relationship.
