"ADVENTURE towering above the majestic Rockies!"
Ken McLaughlin has a new horse, a trotter named Crown Jewel. Ken hopes to run Crown Jewel to raise enough money to save his father from the Goose Bar Ranch's financial crisis. Another rancher has his own racing champion and gets inspired by the competition. But Crown Jewel loses her heart to the stallion Thunderhead and finds it hard to keep her focus on the races.
