Girls under 21 plot
"Too old for play-things... and too young for love!"
Six tough street girls try to imitate the older sister of one of them. The older sister is married to a mobster and lives a comfortable life until she ends up in prison with her husband. After her release, she meets a former friend, who helps her on the right path. Because of her experiences, she now also wants to help her younger sister, who is increasingly involved in crime with her friends.
