Garrat du Váimmu plot

In a remote Sámi village high in the mountains, 20-year-old Ejva inherits her deceased father's reindeer. While she struggles to keep the herd healthy, the local leader, Heaika, develops romantic feelings for her. Although she hesitates, she feels compelled to reciprocate. Everything changes when Heaika's cousin, Nejla, arrives and Ejva discovers true love for the first time. A jealous Heaika feels betrayed, reacts harshly, and inflicts a condition on Ejva that causes her hands to tremble uncontrollably. As a result, she struggles to care for the herd. Ejva must find a way to reclaim control of her life and her future.
